Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time — you'll receive a full refund to your original Ziina payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery, or after equipment has already been delivered, are non-refundable, since equipment and delivery time have already been allocated to your booking. If GameBox Dubai needs to cancel or reschedule your booking — for example, an equipment issue on our side — you'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook, whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed back to your original Ziina payment method and can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
