Good to Know
- Do I need my own TV?
- Yes — bring your own TV or monitor with an HDMI input. We bring the console, controllers and cables.
- Do I need internet or a streaming account?
- A Wi-Fi connection is recommended for online multiplayer and game updates, but local multiplayer works fine without it.
- How many people can play at once?
- Up to the number of controllers included in your package — see "What's included" above, or add extra controllers.
- Is installation included?
- Yes — we set everything up and test it before we leave.
- What space and power does this need?
- A flat area for the screen and a standard power socket within reach of our cables. We'll confirm exact space needed for your setup on WhatsApp.
- How many guests can this host?
- Movie Night uses your own seating for a smaller group; Outdoor Cinema includes seating for up to 15 guests — message us on WhatsApp for larger groups.
- What happens if weather prevents an outdoor setup?
- Proposed: if weather makes an outdoor setup unsafe, we'll help you reschedule or switch to an indoor Movie Night setup instead. Final weather policy is pending owner confirmation.
- What happens if equipment stops working?
- Message us on WhatsApp — proposed: we'll troubleshoot remotely first, and swap the unit the same day where possible. Final service-response policy is pending owner confirmation.
